About Us
Youngworld Toys was established over ten years ago. We offer a full U.K. range of both LEGO and PLAYMOBIL products at very competitive prices and invite you to contact us if you are unsure of availability of a particular product. See below for contact details.
Please note that we do not offer a Gift Wrapping service.
Making A Purchase
Place any required items in your shopping trolley using the button "Buy Now" provided.
You will be taken to a page detailing what you have just added to your "Basket" - if you agree click "Confirm". You can put as many items as you wish into your Basket and can view it intermittently.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout". Once at the checkout you can return to the Basket to modify the order, giving you the option to add or remove items should you so wish; also to modify the quantities ordered.
When the necessary form-filling is complete, you will be presented with an on-line order confirmation which you should print out. Click the "Click here to complete order" button and your order will be sent to Youngworld for processing. Easy!

Postage
Postage costs will be passed on to customers for deliveries to UK mainland on the following basis:
Orders £0 - £3.99: no postage cost;
Orders £4.00 - £11.99: £2.99 postage;
Orders £12.00 - £19.99: £3.99 postage;
Orders £20.00 - £39.99: £4.99 postage;
Orders £40.00 - £99.99: £5.99 postage;
Orders over £100: no postage cost.
All the above postage charges are inclusive of V.A.T. at 17.5%
For deliveries outside the U.K., the postal charge will be that levied by the Post Office at the time of despatch plus V.A.T where appropriate (countries within the European Union). No V.A.T. is charged for orders from outside the E.U.


Processing of Payment

We do not take payment for any item until it is ready to despatch. Any item on backorder will not be charged for until shipped. Postage charges on an order will not exceed those listed above, even if 1 or more items has to be sent from a backorder.
Delivery Schedule
Despatch of goods will normally be within 3 working days (with exceptions at Christmas) and will be via the normal postal services available. This schedule will be difficult to maintain over the Christmas period so we would recommend that any orders for the festive season be placed well in advance. A Next Day delivery service is available at extra cost.
Back Orders
If any item you have ordered is not in stock, we will backorder it for you and send you an email to advise when it is due. You will always be able to cancel an item on backorder if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the box provided to reduce VAT to zero . Please remember - it is illegal to attempt to avoid paying V.A.T. if you are in the European Union.
Credit Card Security
We want you to shop online with confidence.

We want you to shop in complete confidence. We have therefore ensured that all credit card details are fully secure - the closed Golden Padlock at the foot of your screen when paying by credit card or debit card is the indication of complete security. For the most common browsers, the Golden Padlock appears at the bottom right of your monitor when reaching the "Pay by Credit Card/Debit Card" page. For other browsers, a different confirmation that your connection is secure will appear.
Guarantee
If your purchase is not to your satisfaction you can return it within 15 days of the date of despatch, with your receipt, but it must be in its original in-tact packaging. We ensure that all items leaving the shop are in good order and are packaged securely.
Nothing in the above guarantee affects your statutory rights.
With regard to non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from date of order in case it has been delayed. If it has not arrived by then, please contact us by letter/fax/email with specific details of your purchase, i.e. details you originally supplied us with; order number shown on your invoice etc.
Orders will be acknowledged and despatch date will be advised.
